The patterns are tools.
This is how you run them.
Ten minutes before the session. That's the whole practice.
Every pattern in this library carries its own tool: a short set of prompts you fill in before you open the charts. Reading the pattern shows you what's running. The tool is where it starts to shift.
The rhythm is simple. Before a session, ask yourself one question: what am I bringing into this? Whatever comes up, pick the pattern that matches and work its prompts. Some days that takes five minutes and you sit down clear. Some days you land on Red, and the best trade you make all week is closing the platform.
Your answers save on your own device as you type, so the sheet you filled in last Tuesday is still there when the same pattern fires again. And it will fire again. That's what makes it a pattern instead of a bad day.
Run it for a few weeks and you'll notice something the patterns themselves can't tell you: which ones are yours. Most traders live in two or three. Once you know yours, the pre-session check stops being a ritual and starts being a mirror.
The work happens before the market opens.
I'm building toward a version that saves your entries to an account and shows you your own patterns over time. Whether it gets built depends on whether people use this one. So if the practice does something for you, run it, and tell me.
